My Card Sample using the beautiful verse from Karween Murray
I love the beautiful and serene expression of this portrait.
As I looked through images and stamps to go with this week's verse, I thought this one would be perfect.
I don't think there is a woman on the planet who cannot give pause to all the anxieties that besiege us on a daily basis, especially now.
When I was a teenager, it seemed like everyone's mom that I knew was on Valium; as the years passed, the drugs changed. But the Anxiety remained. Today, we all struggle with it, but for a growing number, the answer isn't drugs; it is Jesus. I've had my days, anxiety, depression, and just the general run-of-the-mill daily; the sky is falling syndrome. For me, it has been Jesus and the Word that has brought comfort to my soul. I am in no way casting aspersions on anyone who has or does need the help of modern medicine. I am in my early 60s, and I am just now getting through things from my young life - I get it. The Lord has broken so many chains in my life in the last few years. I truly feel Born Again - Again!
Feathers, rhinestones, glitter, and a little bling make the card more fun.
I used a diamond-shaped
3D embossing folder on the background paper and used a gold paint spritz on the surface before putting the focal image on that layer.

Have fun dressing her up as you like!
Most importantly, If you need help with anxiety, make sure you get it! Stay in the Word and allow the Lord to lead you to the still waters for that rest and refreshment you need.
Thank you for stopping by and sharing Word Art Wednesday with me.
I hope to see your card entrance, and you win a prize!
Have a great day!
