Word Art Wednesday Challenge # 643-644 Sponsored by Lawn Fawn- $25 prize!

Hello Everyone,  It is  Word Art Wednesday! Please take the time to click the blog Word Art Wednesday and check out Karen Letchworth's beautiful devotion and Karen Murphy's Digital Caligraphy featuring this week's verse: Luke 18:1. For inspiration, we have the Design Teams' beautiful card Inspirations.  Why not make a card and enter the challenge.  You may win a lovely gift certificate to Lawn Fawn - A $25 prize

For my cards this month  I decided to use black and white portraits.                                    I love the powerful impact they have paired with the bible verse.

The first one uses this wonderful masculine portrait:

The public domain image of the man praying was printed on 110# smooth white cardstock and the base card was 130# watercolor paper.  The card is 4.5x6.5

I changed the text color to white.

The verse for you to right-click and save:

Thank you for stopping by and sharing a few minutes of your busy day.  I hope you will join the Word Art Wednesday challenge. We would love to see your beautiful creation!

Ginny, this is a great card! I love how you used the image of a man praying to go with the scripture. Perfect! Some guy will love to get this one!
What a striking card Ginny, and the image is so appropriate for the scripture.
Sorry i have not been around much, but life is moving faster than me these days - must be getting old...
Blessings, precious friend
