Here is the card
Her favorite color is Purple, Purple is not a color used a lot in paper crafting, not sure why, but you rarely see DP papers in Purples!
I also made a bookmark for her and these I did in Purples"
I cut a bit of paper lace from Anna Griffins Lovely Layered cards by Cricut
Paper from my stash, K&Co. I think
Stamped in purple memento ink, ODB rubber stamp
Mirror ppaer and fibers from stash. I also coated the verse with Lineco glue to make it a little more durable - it dries clear.
my little gift.
From Act the 2nd chapter; Why we baptize:
37Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men, and brethren, what shall we do? 38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. 40And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. 41Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.
There is nothing like having a clean slate with God!
Scripture also says that we are New Creatures in Christ - I am so thankful for the Mercy of God that makes this all possible!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!
