Paper Piecing Fashion Fun and Freebies

Over the last couple of weeks I have had a fun little project in the works.  I'm always in the need of birthday cards and this seemed to be a great idea for birthday cards.

I found this stamp on ebay, it is a post modern design:

And then I looked for paper in my stash ,it called for a small scale print,  pink and gray would be perfect

I stamped pout the first round on White card stock - nothing fancy, this was going to be my base layer.

Next old fashioned heat embossing:

I then fussy cut my parts( while watching a show with my mom, a nice lap project, all you need is scissors,  and glued them to the base.

On my back ground paper I heat embossed a Tim Holtz damask pattern, distressed the edges and assembled my cards with a few embellishments

oops, you can see I still need to color her hair!

And for you today I have another fashion plate"

you can right click and save and remember because she is digital

you can flip her to me you perspective needs

or you can change her proportions altogether!

And here is another treat:

I hope you enjoy these freebies and have a wonderful weekend!
