Playing with a New Ink.

I have really just started using the new Hybrid types of ink.  Some I love better than others- one thing I don't have is 'Full Set Syndrome' - So I am sticking with blacks for now.  This is
Today's  card Using a hybrid ink:

I've also used the weekend color pallet over Christian Card Makers Group ( I look closer in real life)

Out of the 4  Hybrid inks that I have tried, so far I like the Gina K best. It dries faster and has a great black color.

This gorgeous stamp is a Beeswax Stamp

The Idea of the hybrid inks is to be able to use any type of coloring medium that you like.  Which if you enjoy using may types of coloring products, this is a great advantage!

Beautiful red rubber, I had no trouble getting a great image from the first stamping!

The first stamp on vellum

Start of the coloring

I decided a few minutes into this card, I did not want to go with vellum. It was not giving me the look I wanted. I restamped Heavenly White

After I finished coloring the image, I fussy cut it and placed it on top of the same in stamped on the blush colored paper  - you can tell the center of the window is white, while the rest is pink

A fun card to make and I may make kits from this for the Studio.

I hope you have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
