3 cards for a challenge and a freebie

I made three cards for  challenge This week, using a variety of color prompts.  The guidelines were:  A) Use the given color prompts by actually printing them of finding something in your stash with the same colors.  B) send one of the card to a friend in the group. B) send one to a friend who has been a special friend - a card of appreciation.  C)  The last was to send one to a gal who we know is will soon pass from this life.  This Gal I will call Dottie. Dottie has been battling cancer for a few years, she is single, no children and in her late 50's and is her fathers care giver.  Dottie has known for a little while that without  a miracle happening she will be off to meet her redeemer and her creator. She is a Believer and has great faith so she is ready.   How do you actually make a card for someone to say goodbye, before they go without causing them sorrow or fear.  So I thought I'd use a verse that I love and have hope in:

I thought if I were on my way, I would want this on the roadside pointing homeward.  It would remind me and give me joy.

Here is my card

It will be in tomorrow's mail

Card number 2:
for my group friend

Card number three for my special friend

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you are having a great day!
