In an Ever changing World
I have a friend , her name is Jen Evers, she owns the Facebook Group "Koala T Crafts".
Jen is always posting positive statements and crafts and giving things away.
All the time: Rain or Shine in her life.
A few days ago Jen put this quote up and it really hit a spot in my thinking:
It is simple enough and I thought what a great card id would make, so I made 3 to start:
One of the reason this touched me is because of Jen herself. You don't often meet people are what they say they are and Jen is one of those people.
Jen is a beautiful Christian Lady
She is always doing some kind thing for someone, even in her vocation, She's an interpreter for the deaf !
But Jen has also been battling a serious health condition. One day at a time, one shot at a time, one surgery at a time. In two years I have not heard one complaint, not one I can't do this any more. She has lived her life in Faith and not Fear. I'm sure she has had her moments, we ALL do.
I have seen some people bond so tightly with their problems they become inseparable from their personality. We all go through difficult seasons, but they are meant to pass and when you give them to the Lord they do. This year I am going to keep one of these cards on my desk, I am sure somewhere in the next 363 days a storm or two will roll in,
I want to make sure my Faith is bigger than my Fears!
Jen has an awesome Crafty Blog why not stop over to see what she's got cookin! Leave some Love!
Have a wonderful day and thank you for stopping by!

This made me think of the verse in Timothy:
" God hath not given us a spirit of fear but of Power, Love and a Sound mind. "
I always think the order is interesting as power is the work of the Spirit in our lives and without that power we don't experience God's love or His gift of a sound mind or peace perfect peace in our hearts. Hugs.xxx
