I know there are a lot of card makers that are new to the process of using digital images. Incorporating your computer and your printer into your card making opens up your stamp image library by the tens of thousands.  If you have the skill to get here, then you have enough knowledge to start using digitals.  This post is written for a newbie Digital user.  I am going to guess you have word or publisher already.  So we are going to look at this using those simple programs.

Step#1  Get you image in this case you can even use this one, just right click and save - this is a "freebie" - I post lots of these!  Import into your word or publisher program- Right click and paste.
Adjust your size to fit your card or project.

Step#2 # 2 In your upper left-hand corner click on the box that says recolor.

you will see this happen:

Step #3 # 3 Select the color you would like. If you don't see a color in the picture variations that you like click on "more variations" Just below the colored images of the same box. A ton of color options will then come up.

Step#4 #4 you can add a frame - look for the little icon in the top bar that says picture border, choose the weight or thickness of the border. That is it! Just save it and you are ready to print!

Now you are ready to print

This is also a great way to help you use up scraps, these cards are fun and fast
