Beautiful Blue

Yesterday while I was looking for wedding supplies I picked up a paper pad, something new at Michaels'. This pad is Indigo Gold by Craft Smith, 9.99 for 48 sheets of card stock

I'm mentioning and linking products because I think we all look for value when we spend our crafting dollars, I was very impressed with this product.

I like bold designs, with patterns and colors I can use for adults.  I  like to incorporate them with the good things I already own. When I buy a pad I want to be able to use every piece in it.
This was a good fit for me, I envisioned cards while I was in the checkout!

I made two cards with one sheet, both of these cards are entered in three challenges: one for my Facebook group 'Christian Card Makers' and the other for 'Our Daily Bread Designs  Challenge' and a new Blog I've just discovered: "The Enchanting Rose" This is a delightful Blog I discovered while over on my dear friend Shaz's Christian Blog: Calligraphy Cards!

From one of the scenic  pages I made two simple cards.

The beauty of these two cards does not rely on any superior cards making skills.  The image and the verse complement each other and make a very lovely card (I think).

 5x7 size

6x7 size

My hope for every card I make is to bring a bit of encouragement, I try to make cards that will "speak to " a person!  I want them to be unique and beautiful.
Using top quality stamps images papers and inks help create a beautiful card.

If you have a Michaels' near you check out this new line of paper,  I think you will like it and click over to "Our Daily Bread Designs"  for wonderful inspiring cards, blog hop and of courses Scripture rubber stamps!
Thank you for taking the time to stop by,
Ginny M
