Snow Balling

It  is snowing here like crazy in western MA.  Nothing unusual, this is New England and it is winter.
But here in my craft room my "use it up" project is also snow balling.  I'm thinking what did I get myself into??  I've gone through all the nook and crannies and found even more scraps and parts.

I've made all kinds of cards and it seems that while I'm using up scraps, they are still growing exponentially!!

I think I've at least tamed and corralled them and put them into a more usable order, my room is even neater now and I know what I have as I have gone through everything! I think this is going to take months!!!!  One thing I have learned, making parts for "later'  is not such a good idea!!

With all these cards I am making they need to be moved along.  So I am going to make some of them for Operation Write Home and for a military group that Oriental Stamp Arts makes card for , these will be made to serve a great cause and it inspires me to make more.  I made 23 today and hopefully if I am snowed in I can make a bunch more tommorow.  I started a new page here on my blog for the project, I will keep a tally and post pictures on Mondays.
I hope you are having a great weekend, Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks Ginny for the inspiration...I just made two birthday cards from partially completed cards...you are soooo right, it is not a good thing to start and not finish - out of sight, out of mind!!!
Hugs,
